Catering

Catering is provided through City Line Café, an extension of MGCCC’s Culinary program. Custom menus are executed by our professional chefs and culinary students. Catering is served buffet style at Hospitality Resort Management Center.

Event Setup and Support

All event rentals include initial setup of tables and chairs to meet your needs at no additional cost. We also have linens and other event amenities available for rental.

Technology

Basic audio-visual support is included with your rental, including ceiling-mounted overhead projectors and screens, microphones and speakers for presentations.
