Use of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC) affiliated websites and the content contained herein is governed by the terms of this agreement between online users and MGCCC. Use of this site constitutes the online user’s agreement to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
The College reserves all rights, titles, and interests in and to all copyrights, trade names, logos, patents, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to the websites. The rights also apply to but are not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text; the overall “look and feel”, processes, software, technology and other materials which appear on the sites; and the business processed used to market services and products.
Individuals who access college websites are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the integrity of the accessed site, including, but not limited to, accessing data not intended for use or by logging into an unauthorized server or account, attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with the network, or by sending unsolicited emails. Violations of the network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
Individuals who access college websites are prohibited from using any device, software, or other measure to interfere or attempt to interfere with, or otherwise disrupt proper workings of any college-affiliated websites.
The college will not be liable for any damages to college-affiliated websites resulting from any failure caused by events beyond its control, acts of God, such as a power failure, or by any other cause not within the colleges control.
If any individual breaches the terms of use, the college reserves the right to deny access of the websites to the individual or anyone claiming by or through the individual.
Online users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold all college- affiliated websites harmless from all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to any prohibited use of the websites.
